We do not have return policy currently. However, if the item has some defect or is damaged (please share unwrapping video here), we would accept the return. However, the same should be reported to us within the same day of delivery. Also, all returns products should be unused and unworn items, with all packaging stuffs retained.
In case product is retuned, no cash would be returned. However, the customer would get a credit on purchase. In future, if you have to make some purchase, please drop us and email regarding the same, the sale price of the product would be adjusted with the credit available.
To process a return, in case the product is damaged, please follow these simple steps:
- Keep all items (Including the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: ASTER, 117/H-1/296, MODEL TOWN, PANDU NAGAR, KANPUR-208005, Uttar Pradesh. Also mention the contact no, 8707789822 on the courier parcel. Please note that Aster would refund you the courier charges, please retain the courier receipt us.
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, but the wrappings, tags etc. are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
